Recently, at the “NIO Cup” Formula Student Electric China (FSEC) competition, XMUT’s Hongfa AMOY Racing Team delivered a strong performance, vying against teams from 98 universities including Jilin University, Tongji University, and Beijing Institute of Technology. With an outstanding total score of 779.79 points, the team secured national first place.

The FSEC is organized by the China Society of Automotive Engineers and is regarded as one of the most prestigious and influential events in China’s automotive engineering field. This year's competition brought together outstanding teams from nearly a hundred universities across the country. During the five-day event, teams competed fiercely in vehicle design, manufacturing, debugging, and multiple dynamic events.

Amid this high-caliber competition, our AMOY Racing Team demonstrated steady and solid performance, showcasing exceptional engineering prowess and team resilience. The team not only achieved outstanding results but also excelled in specialized areas, securing second place for the Lightweight Award and receiving the Excellent Ergonomics & Safety Design Award, which highlighted their formidable hardcore capabilities in race car design and manufacturing. Additionally, the team was named the “Annual Outstanding Communications Team.” Through excellent content creation and brand communication, they brought the racing story to life both on and off the track.
