In the regional competition in July, the teams had already won 5 first prizes and 2 second prizes in the South China Region.
This year's race consisted of two phases: regional selection and national finals. A total of 3,138 teams consisting of over 10,000 college students from across the country participated in the selection of finals in eight regions. Out of 504 teams, 1,500 participants were chosen to enter the national finals. The competition is divided into 10 different racing groups, covering various subject areas including control, pattern recognition, sensing technology, electronics, electrical, computer, mechanical, communications, and automotive engineering. This highly comprehensive competition emphasizes the integration of knowledge, comprehensive application, practical innovation, and hands-on ability of college students.
