Recently, according to the Ministry of Education, five programs from XMUT have been approved as the national first-class undergraduate major construction site. They are Electrical Engineering and Automation, Civil Engineering, Cultural Industry Management, Logistics Management and E-commerce. In addition, another 5 programs have been selected as the provincial first-class undergraduate major construction points, and they are Communication Engineering, Smart grid Information Engineering, Information and Computing Science, English and Surveying and Mapping engineering.

Up to now, as for 25 first-class undergraduate program construction sites in XMUT, 11 of them are national level and 14 are provincial level.（Academic Affairs Office）
