The School of Businessis one of the original departments of Xiamen University of Technology. It was established with the goal of training students to thrive in the international competitive economic arena, and to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the Xiamen Special Economic Zone. From the outset we have cultivated strong links with industrial and commercial bodies throughout the region as well as abroad.

Our courses cover e-commerce, international business, financial management, and investment management. We have established a Credit Research Institute, the Institute for Fujian-Taiwan Finance Development, and the Fujian Institute for Family Business Research and Investment. We also work closely with the Fujian Province E-Commerce Research Center, and the Fujian Province Humanities and Social Sciences Research organization.

The School currently has 2076 undergraduate students and 59 full-time faculty members.
