Program Overview:This Program prepares applied professionals for artistic work operations and management to satisfy the particular needs of the modern art market. Our graduates are not only good with general knowledge, well versed in the operation of the modern art market and its trends and fashions, familiar with laws and regulations in the field, but also skillful in appraising antique art products - able to design, produce, exhibit or repair them.

Why choose this program?

This Program combines a number of emerging and lasting disciplines: culture, artistic appreciation, production and maintenance, as well as Chinese classics knowledge. It also highlights the surging need and interest in artistic work appreciation and collection. We emphasize overall personal growth and the mastery of professional skills, offering well-designed course clusters, some for Chinese Classics Fundamentals, traditional culture, intangible cultural heritage, and paintings identification, some for practical art production and appreciation skills, and others for auction, investment and management of art work. The XMUT Art Operation Training Center is able to produce a real platform for practical art skills, and quite a number of our industrial bases provide a seamless development for students to meet the real world needs. Our graduate employment rate has remained over 95% in recent years.
