Engineering Mechanics
Program overview: This degree is the only one of its kind among the universities in Fujian Province. Our Foundation Mechanical Experiment Center is supported by the Fujian government. Our collaboration with the University of Regina offers our students excellent opportunities to continue their studies abroad. We prepare graduates to have a solid foundation in mathematical mechanics and computer science in order to meet the fast-growing need for professionals in this field. Our courses teach students to develop real world engineering solutions, thanks to large quantities of training of real engineering designs, CAE analysis and experiments and testing at the university. Our graduates are qualified for work of structural design, structural analysis, research, computer simulation, experiment testing and more in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, hydraulic engineering, transport vessels and venue, and the like. Innovation and imagination are encouraged.
Award: 4 year bachelor’s degree
Annual intake:60
Why choose this program: Industry in China is at the critical stage in its shift from low-tech products and imitation to developing our own core technologies, and there is therefore a strong demand for mechanical engineering professionals.
